About sample order
Ususally,the samples can be finished in 10 workdays. We will start to make it as soon as we get your sample fee.The sample fee are only for the extra design fee and post fee,we never ask extra money.

The shipping about sample order:
We can send the sample to you by TNT,DHL,UPS.It can arrive at your business address within 5 workdays normally after we deliver it to express office.

About mass order
The minimun order quantity for each model is different from different model.Ususally,it should be more than 600 pieces.Some items,we can accept the order at 400 piece for each model,you can find more detail when you check each model by our website.
The minimun quantity for each order is 2000pcs,you can choose different model.

The shipping about the normal oder
Usually,it is shipped by sea.The goods can arrive at your seaport arround 15days-55days,it just see different land.Our experienced international sale workmates will provide you more useful information about shipping.

We also can arrange shippement by plane if you need the goods uregently.We can get good discount about the air fee from our air shipping agent which we have very good cooperation relationship with. Ususally ,it take 3 or 6 workdays to arrive at the termini airport .
Also you can appoint the shipping company by your own,then we contact them for shipment.

About Payment
1.For sample order,you can pay it by paypal.
.For mass order,Ususally,we accept the payment by T/T (telegraphic transfer) or L/C.
But,we only accept the payment by T/T if the total value is less than 10,000USD.

2.For the order of less than 10,000USD,Payment should be payed 100% before production after order is confirmed to avoid extra transfer tee because small value.
For the order of more than 10,000USD,30% deposit should be payed before production,the balance can be payed when all the goods are finished but before shipment.

How to ensure the quality
Once the order confirmed, we make completed sample in terms of required quality standard.
Once you satisfied with the quality, we’ll start to mass production. You are welcome to our facotry to check ,and then we make shipment.
